Margo - Yoga Instructor

Margo's love affair with yoga began seven years ago. It is no coincidence that seven years ago she also began her career as a realtor. She quickly learned the benefits of taking time for oneself, experiencing a "moving meditation" and the many metaphors for life she learned on her mat. Yoga continues to be her passion and she is grateful for the opportunity to share her passion with others. She has had the good fortune of studying under the founder of Ashtanga Yoga's son, Manju Jois. Her mentors are many and her style of instruction is a combination of Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Jivamukti, CorePower and meditation. Margo enjoys incorporating inspiring music, encouraging words and aromatherapy touch at the end of her classes. Her favorite parts of yoga are the Pranayama breathing, arm balance poses and core work. Come and see for yourself what her class is all about.

Mary Sage - Yoga Instructor

Mary Sage is an advocate for empowerment through yoga and living intentionally. She guides the sequence of class through alignment and anatomy focus by using metaphor, visual imagery and gentle adjustments to bring awareness and insight. Blossom the breath around your heart center and let your love light shine.
