Yoga classes vary based on the personal style of each instructor, but you can expect a dynamic class designed to nurture your mind, body and spirit. Classes help build strength and increase flexibility with elements of breath, meditation, sun salutes, standing and seated poses and some inversions. Classes have modifications for all levels of yoga enthusiasts – beginner through advanced – and everyone is welcome.
Dance Aerobics -This class is your chance to let go of hesitation and dance your way to joy! We will kick up the heat with movement and exercise for the whole body, including specialized core and problem area work! If you are ever in your car and your favorite song comes on the radio and you just want to dance like no one is watching...this is your class!
Cardio Sculpt -Bring out the athlete in you! Cardio Sculpt contains all the essential elements needed for a complete, total-body workout: cardiovascular training, muscle conditioning and stretching. You'll get your entire workout in one hour!Instructors incorporate dance moves, sport drills, weights, resistance bands and balance balls to challenge your muscles while keeping your heart rate high. Cardio Sculpt is suited for all levels, male or female – no experience needed!
Body Blitz -Make the most of your workout time with this intense, total body sculpting class that squeezes a complete a full body workout into 60 minutes! Designed for all fitness levels, Body Blitz uses weights, resistance bands and balance balls to strengthen, tone and define while increasing muscular endurance and cardiovascular conditioning. Each exercise utilizes different muscle groups and is a great way to work with a personal trainer in a small group class setting. Body Blitz is sure to melt away body fat and increase muscle strength!
Muscle Works -Build strength with this high intensity muscle conditioning class. A bit of cardiovascular training included, along with a variety of techniques and equipment to challenge all levels. Note: Please warm-up before class. Class is held on the fitness floor.
Circuit Training -Strength training, cardiovascular training, balance and core strengthening – all in one! Circuit training uses a variety of equipment, from weights to exercise balls and treadmills.
