1. Do you have to be a member to use the Spa?

You do not need to be a member to enjoy our spa, however we do have memberships available that offer special pricing on spa services for members.

2. Are gratuities included in the listed prices?

No, the listed price does not include gratuities.

3. What is your cancellation policy?

Since your spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you we ask that in the event you need to cancel, you do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fifty percent cancellation fee.

4. What time do I need to arrive for my spa appointment?

We would suggest that you arrive at least twenty minutes before your appointment. However, we invite you to come earlier and relax in our luxurious steam rooms, whirlpool, saunas and relaxation areas.

5. Is the spa Handicap accessible?

Ivy Spa Club is handicap accessible and we can make arrangements so you may enjoy our luxurious spa treatments during your visit.

6. May I bring my child to the spa for treatments?

Yes, but for any child under the age of 16, we would expect the parent to accompany the child during the entire spa visit including in the treatment rooms. We would be happy to book massages and facials in our couples room for you and your child at the same time.

7. I want to get a few treatments on the same day. Which should I book first?

Our spa appointment coordinator will be glad to assist you in determining what would be best for you.

8. Do I need a swimsuit?

Swimsuits are required in our co-ed whirlpool. You may bring your own or we have swimsuits available for you to use while you are our guest.
