Please browse our entire selection of Ivy Spa Club Menu items and make a note of your choices prior to submitting your requests for services and appointment times. Enter the treatment titles and desired service lengths in the appropriate boxes below, for transmittal to our appointment desk.
While we prefer to make personal contact with you regarding your appointment requests, we do make contact by email an option.
Upon our receipt of your email by our reservations department, an automatic response will be sent to your email address confirming that we have received your appointment request.
If we receive your request during regular business hours, a representative will contact you within 60 minutes to finalize your appointment. If your email arrives after business hours, a representative will contact you immediately the next business day.
Our representative will contact you by telephone (rather than by email) to confirm your requested date and time, so please select the best time and contact number to reach you at, on the form below.
A valid major credit card is required in order to hold your appointment.
